As defined in the training package, entry to this qualification is limited to those who:

• Have completed a Diploma or Advanced Diploma from the BSB Training Package (current or superseded equivalent versions)
  or
• Have two years of equivalent full-time relevant workplace experience in an operational or leadership role in an enterprise.

International students entering this course at ACE must meet the following criteria:

• Applicants must be a minimum of 18 years of age at the time of commencement.
• Successful completion of an Australian Equivalent Diploma qualification or higer.
• IELTS score of 5.5 or PTE Academic score of 36 or equivalent.
• In addition, Applicants should have basic computer and MS Office skills and access to a personal computer & internet, or a laptop with Office 365 & internet.
• Successfully complete the LLND test administered by ACE

Assessment will usually commence in the session following delivery. As this is a competency-based program, assessment continues throughout the program until the participant either achieves competency in the assessment tasks or a further training need is identified and addressed.

Participants are provided with advice on employment and training options throughout the program (no guarantees are implied or given).

Academic Pathways from the Qualification:

After achieving BSB60420 Advanced Diploma of Leadership and Management, individuals could progress to BSB80120 Graduate Diploma of Management (Learning) or other Vocational Graduate Certificate qualifications, or higher education degree courses, depending on the individual university's entry requirements.
