Supporting students to maintain satisfactory progress, attendance and academic confidence throughout their studies.
At ACE Melbourne, we are committed to identifying students who may require additional academic or personal support. Early intervention strategies are implemented to assist students in meeting attendance, course progress and competency requirements in accordance with national training standards.
Course Progress & Attendance Support
Students who may be at risk of not meeting satisfactory attendance or course progress requirements are identified early and provided with guidance and structured support strategies to help them stay on track.
English Language Assistance
Students experiencing English language difficulties will receive advice and referral options for additional language support services to strengthen communication skills and improve academic performance.
Digital & Computer Skills Support
Students requiring assistance with Microsoft Office or general computer literacy will receive guidance and basic digital skills support to ensure they can confidently complete coursework requirements.
Student Counselling & Support Meetings
Regular meetings with the Student Support Officer provide academic guidance, wellbeing support and referrals. Early assistance helps resolve challenges and supports positive study outcomes.
